Yobs Zoom Integration

Installation from Landing Page

  1. Navigate to https://zoom.yobs.io/signup
  2. Click the signup button
  3. Grant Yobs Oauth access to your Google Calendar data
  4. Grant Yobs Oauth access to your Zoom meeting and recording data


Installation from Zoom Marketplace

  1. Navigate to the Yobs Zoom app on the Zoom marketplace
  2. Click “Visit site to install”
  3. Grant Yobs Oauth access to your Google Calendar data
  4. Grant Yobs Oauth access to your Zoom meeting and recording data


Yobs Use case

With the Yobs plug-in, you can record, transcribe, and analyze any interview on Zoom to uncover key job competencies and accelerate your hiring - just connect your Zoom account.


Yobs Requirements

  • Zoom PRO account
  • Zoom Admin Role
  • Gmail account


Requirements for Meeting analysis

  • Meetings submitted for Yobs to analyze must be at least one minute long and consist of someone clearly speaking.
  • The meetings submitted must be hosted by the user. We are unable to process meetings that are hosted by users that have not signed up with Yobs.


Uninstalling Yobs

  1. Login to your Zoom account and navigate to the App marketplace.
  2. Click Manage > Installed Apps or search for the Yobs app.
  3. Click the Yobs app.
  4. Click uninstall.


Troubleshooting

  1. After recording a meeting that had analysis enabled, the meeting shows up in a “FAILED” state on the dashboard.

Check that the meeting that was submitted to Yobs was at least one minute long and consisted of someone clearly speaking or most of that time. You can login to your Zoom account to find your previous Recordings.


  1. I can’t find a meeting that was previously analyzed on the meetings page.


The meeting name that shows up on the Yobs dashboard is the name of the meeting from Zoom. If you had enabled a meeting to be analyzed through Google Calendar - that Google Calendar event may have a different name than your Zoom meeting name. Check that you are looking for the correct meeting name.
